The 2024 Beijing University of Chemical Technology High-Level Art Troupe Aesthetic Education The second "Aesthetic Education Practice Week" was successfully hosted by the Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) High-Level Art Troupe from May 20 to May 26, 2024, to enrich the forms of aesthetic education and promote campus cultural development.

The event consisted of seven modules featuring various activities in diverse formats, such as lectures, salon concerts, and themed performances. The content spanned Chinese national orchestral music, UNESCO World Cultural Heritage—Nanyin, Western classical music, film and television scores, traditional opera, and dance. Approximately 2,500 students participated in the events.

This highly engaging and educational practice week deepened students' appreciation of art and culture while contributing to BUCT's aesthetic and cultural enrichment.

The University Art Troupe will continue to uphold the spirit of "cultivating people through aesthetics and culture," leveraging the professional expertise of its guiding faculty and the artistic talents of its student members. It will further explore diverse approaches to aesthetic education, bringing more vibrant and enriching aesthetic practice activities to the faculty and students of BUCT.
