Introduction
Associate Professor of the Department of Art and Design, BUCT, Master Supervisor, PhD, Visiting Scholar of the University of Northampton, UK, Member of the Design Research Society, UK, and Reviewer of the China Packaging Federation. His research interests include product design and interaction design. He has good market understanding and design innovation ability, and has conducted in-depth research in the fields of user analysis, new product development, interactive experience and brand management, etc. He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and international journals.
He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and international journals, and has presided over and participated in many projects, including Beijing Youth Talent Program, Beijing Social Science Foundation Decision-making Consultation, National 863 Scientific and Technological Achievements of Industrial Design, etc. He has cooperated with a number of enterprises, institutions, research institutes, and governmental departments on horizontal projects. His main courses include undergraduate product design III, interactive interface design, etc., and graduate courses in product design and innovation. He has guided students to win more than 100 awards in Internet+ Innovation Competition, National University Digital Art and Design Competition, Industrial Design Competition for College Students, and World Robot Developer Competition.
Research
The research focuses on the intersection of innovative design of aging friendly products and big health, and constructs a user centered inclusive design system. In response to the needs of an aging society, we systematically explore the physiological characteristics, behavioral patterns, and psychological demands of user groups through ergonomics and emotional design theory, and develop products such as health monitoring, rehabilitation assistance, and safety protection.
