He is currently head of the General Arts Division in the Department of Art and Design, taking charge of the operation of the General Arts Division as well as the university’s Student Art Ensembles. He also serves as the conductor of the university's Chinese Music Orchestra and instructor for the Ocarina Workshop, etc.

Awards:
He has guided university’s Student Art Ensembles in participating in various events such as the Beijing College Student Art Competition, Beijing College Student Music Festival, and Beijing International Wind Music Festival, winning multiple gold and silver awards, and has been honored several times as Best Conductor and Outstanding Instructor. In 2024, he was recognized as one of the Top Ten Teachers of the 21st Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
Publications:
He has published articles and musical works in core music journals like People's Music, Music Creation, and China Art News. He has led the university-level teaching reform project "Research on Aesthetic Education Teaching Reform in Higher Education - Construction of Traditional Opera Art Dissemination Workshop Courses and Teaching Practice" and the Central University Basic Scientific Research Foundation Project "Exploration of Aesthetic Education Practice in Comprehensive Universities".
